This custom built commercial wood smoker with Grill/Griddle options on
a tandem axle (3 ton capacity)trailer is ideal for catering and BBQ competitions.
Large surface grill/griddle space in back and 2 full sized smoking chambers mounted
on top with easy access lids. Whole hog spit brackets will be installed, spit
motor is extra. Note the many removable pans for sauces, rubs, marinades and
more.
This custom wood smoker is designed and built by Lonny
Gimpel, one of Southern California's foremost metal fabricators and
grill experts. You can order this smoker with several options at $12,995.00
. Plus applicaple taxes. That is thousands less than you would expect to pay
elsewhere.
